Hard Hats & High Heels Committee:
This group plans our signature fundraising event to take place on June
2012. The committee does the food solicitation, marketing, decorating,
auction, staging, finding sponsors and much more. There is a job for
everyone! We will have regular monthly meetings starting in January
and go until June.
Genesee Entertains Committee: This
creative committee finds four to five people to host an event at their
home or elsewhere to benefit Habitat. This series of events is called
Genesee Entertains. The committee helps with marketing, assist with
parties, and also typically plans the event at the famous Sculptured
House including lining up catering, music and auction items. This committee
meets March through October once a month in the evenings.
Poker Run Committee: The annual
Poker Run Motorcycle ride takes place June 4th and we need volunteers
(riders or not) to help plan this very fun day. You can help
with marketing, prize solicitation, organizing, signing up volunteers
and much more.
