If you meet the Selection
Criteria, you can apply to be a Habitat Homeowner through the steps
below:

Attend a required orientation meeting for prospective homeowners
to learn more and also to complete the application forms. Please
check this website periodically for meeting notices. Alternately,
you can contact
us for more information.

Bring
the following to the orientation meeting.
1.) A list of factors that qualify your family for a housing need
including documentation such as rent and utility bills when possible.
2.) Documentation of your income, assets, and debt.
3.) A list of current and past addresses for the last three years.
4.) Proof of legal U.S. residency

Submit your application.

If your application qualifies you will review your finances with
Blue Spruce Habitat.

Among eligible applicants, families are selected based on their
housing need. Blue Spruce Habitat is an Equal Housing Opportunity
