Ride the Roads and Build a Home!

 

Ride with Blue Spruce Habitat for Humanity on Saturday, June 4th 2011 and help build a home for a hardworking single mom who needs a decent place to live.  Bring some friends and get ready for a great day of riding! The Habitat Poker Run brings together motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the metro area for a great ride through the foothills west of Denver, including a portion of the Peak to Peak Highway.

 

Start: Freedom Harley Davidson at 8020 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood at 9:00 am, kickstands up at 10:00 am. Freedom Harley will get you started with breakfast goodies and coffee.

 

Then head on out to the foothills with stops at

 

Rocky Flats, Hwy 93, Boulder

            Last Shot, Blackhawk/Rollinsville

            Tommyknockers, Idaho Springs

            Stagecoach Sports Bar, Evergreen

 

End of run party at Stagecoach Sports Bar in Evergreen. 4pm Last Card. The end of run party at Stagecoach will offer an excellent deep discount buffet, a 50/50 raffle, best poker hand winner, door and raffle prizes (see bottom of page for a sampling), and live music by The Kristin Kay Band.

 

Cost: $20 per rider and $15 for passengers.

 

The Habitat Poker Run is headed up by a Habitat volunteers Andy Schrader and Giulia Wyllie, both veteran Poker Run enthusiasts, with help from other local volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please call 303-674-1127 Ext. 3.
